We are a team of five, with an average experience of 15 years in the field of marketing communications, including brand development and design, positioning; messaging; public relations and corporate communications; media; website development and design; integrated content and storytelling. The team members have worked for clients in various sectors in North America, Middle East and India.
Being a telehealth solutions and technologies company for the past 12 years, we increasingly recognize the critical need for effective marketing and communications for our own as well as for our clients’ brand awareness and visibility. To start with, our team is our strength. The members have qualifications, including master’s and bachelor’s degrees in journalism, marketing management, and certifications in web development and design and digital marketing and communications. Second, we in Communications department believe, as does our entire organization, in the value of collaboration, with our own across the different departments as well as with our clients. This quality gives us a well-rounded perspective to start thinking about the solutions in an open and creative way. Last, we are always proactively pursuing the latest trends in the field of marketing and communications that form a part of solutions box for clients. To keep ourselves up to date, we provide regular training to our team members.
We listen to our clients’ needs, understand their perspective and expectations and accordingly we come up with solutions and services. Suggestions and recommendations are also debated and discussed with our client before being executed.
It’s all about storytelling. And storytelling in healthcare is about people. The formats of our solutions depend on the kind of stories we would like to present. While short and evocative video is usually popular, we see how strong narratives in text can also evoke a heartwarming response. Words with accompanying stills can also create brand magic.
Delivering results that surpass client expectations define our success. Numbers are key but qualitative indicators (focus groups, surveys that bring out subjective aspects of marketing) are also an important component. We are proactive in recommending solutions that also help our clients in defining what success looks like.
The precondition of good communication is a creative that complements the brand and its milieu. We at RAD365 believe that creative strategy begins with shaping the core brand story around which the entire gamut of communications is built. Today brand proposition is more than just delivering on the brand promise exceeding customers’ expectations, his or her experience, of the products and services.
